Alan McIntosh is currently a senior lighting designer at Mulvey & Banani Lighting in Toronto. With a career that sprung from his studies in theatre and film where he was involved in a multitude of technical roles including lighting and audio visual/multi-media direction, design and operation. It has been Alan’s strong background in theatrical lighting and media design that has allowed him to design and contribute to some of the firms most notable and award winning projects. Alan’s portfolio highlights include the Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, Toronto ON; Mall of Istanbul Theme Park, Istanbul Turkey; Mega Parc Amusement, Quebec City Quebec; Prince Edward Viaduct-Luminous Veil, Toronto ON; Com-18 Office Tower, Doha Qatar and Niagara Falls Illumination, Niagara Falls ON/USA Mulvey & Banani Lighting Inc. (MBL) is a seasoned, award winning lighting consultancy, a subsidiary of Mulvey & Banani International Inc. (MBII).
