Todd Moyer makes things. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Pennsylvania, the creation of things has been his primary focus since as early as 1983. Recent work utilizes a wide range of media, including electronics, software, photons, and miniature plastic babies. Todd's work is often seen at music festivals, but you may also catch a glimpse of it on the streets of the city of Los Angeles.
