Bill Mansfield is the Head of Audio for "O" by Cirque du Soleil, at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Bill joined "O" in February, 1998, and has been with the show for pre-production and the nineteen year run of the show to date. Prior to "O", he was the Head of Audio for Siegfried and Roy at the Mirage. Before moving to Vegas in 1994, Bill worked as a recording engineer in Manhattan and as an audio engineer on cruise ships. Bill manages the whitespace database registration for Cirque du Soleil's Part 74 license, assisted with the recent transfer of the license to new ownership, and, having been through the DTV transition and 700 Mhz auction, has played an important role in the company positioning itself to weather the recent 600 Mhz auction and changes in available spectrum.
