Gary Fails is the founder and president of City Theatrical Inc., a manufacturer of unique lighting accessories with offices in Carlstadt, New Jersey and London, England. City Theatrical’s products are found in every Broadway and West End theatre, and in motion pictures, architectural installations, and television studios around the world. He began his 40 year lighting career as a touring stagehand and Broadway production electrician before founding City Theatrical in a garage in the South Bronx in 1986. Gary is a member of IATSE Local One, and has an MBA from Columbia University.
