High End Systems: Basic Hog 4 Programming Training
$645 ($745 after 9/14) includes lunch Class limit 8: one person per console This introduction course covers the HOG Control Software, which is used on the HOG 4, Full Boar 4, Road Hog 4, Hedgehog 4, and Hog 4PC. This hands-on class will use an industry standard HOG 4 Operating System on all platforms, connected to Light Converse. The class will cover console layout, patching, editing fixtures, programming, palettes, recording cues and cue lists, timing options, directories, pages, scenes, and much more. There are a multitude of hands-on exercises with each section covered. Prerequisites: Attendee should have prior experience with automated luminaires and a general familiarity with lighting consoles. In addition, they should have working knowledge of DMX 512 communication protocol, fixture addressing and patching. Session highlights: 1. Console layout 2. Patching 3. Editing fixtures 4.
