3D Printing: A Revolution?
This session looks at 3D printing techniques, rapid manufacturing and the possibilities of this revolutionary process, as well as an exploration of some existing technologies and other emerging technology for printing and manufacturing. The seminar will focus on how these technologies will directly effect the lighting industry and expand the capabilities of the lighting designer. The aim is to equip the lighting designer with the knowledge he or she needs to dream about the effect they want to produce.
